  • Unworn and Unused: The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, is required for all exchange requests.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Final Sale Items: Any items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged.
  • Customized or Personalized Items: Products that have been customized or personalized are not eligible for exchange unless there is a defect or error on our part.

How to Initiate an Exchange

Follow these steps to initiate an exchange:

  2. Provide Information: Be ready to provide your order number, details of the item you want to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
  3. Wait for Approval: Our Customer Service team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed if the exchange is approved.

Shipping the Item

If your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. We do not charge a restocking fee. However, unless you're returning a defective item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, as it is not covered by us.

To get the item you want as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the replacement. Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund.
